Lemon Pie is a dessert designed to surprise, a sweet snack made with a shortcrust pastry base, a creamy lemon interior and a top layer of Italian meringue. A fresh combination between the citrus of the lemon and the sweetness of the meringue.

The Carrot Cake is a cake made with carrots, traditional in Anglo-Saxon countries. The carrot gives it a special sweetness and adds juiciness to the cake. Another essential ingredient, and the one responsible for the dark colour, is cane sugar. Finally, the walnuts, which give that crunchy bite so characteristic of this dessert.
