Monster Sushi arrives in the heart of Zaragoza after consolidating its success in Barcelona and Madrid. On Marceliano Isábal Street, an impressive glass façade marks the beginning of the experience: a space that connects Zaragoza’s urban pulse with the essence of Japan’s streets.
The interior design, inspired by contemporary izakayas, combines an open kitchen, light, and iconic elements to create an immersive atmosphere that can be felt from the outside and fully discovered upon entering.
The concept stays true to Monster Sushi’s foundations: respect for the product, Japanese technique, and a contemporary fusion of well-defined flavors, accompanied by oriental-inspired cocktails and a curated music selection that forms part of the journey.
